Transportation Supervisor

Pyramid Healthcare New River Valley provides substance use disorder treatment in a supportive, structured environment. We’re looking for a Transportation Supervisor who brings strong organizational, supervisory, and transportation experience to help keep our program running safely and efficiently.

If you enjoy leading a team, coordinating schedules, solving transportation challenges, and keeping daily operations on track , this could be a great opportunity to put your experience to work in a meaningful setting.

What You'll Do

- Supervise, support, and provide feedback to Transportation Department staff

- Coordinate driver scheduling, staffing, orientation, and training

- Assign transportation requests and ensure appropriate driver coverage

- Plan efficient routes and coordinate transportation needs

- Promote safe driving practices and compliance with transportation policies

- Maintain required transportation records and documentation

- Respond appropriately to emergency and crisis situations

- Participate in department meetings, training, and ongoing professional development

- Maintain confidentiality and uphold Pyramid Healthcare's ethical standards

What We're Looking For

- Valid Driver's License – Required

- High School Diploma or equivalent – Required

- Supervisory experience – Preferred

- Transportation, logistics, scheduling, or team-leadership experience is a plus

- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and dependable service
