About this role
The role: We're hiring a Product Management Intern who already builds with AI, not just reads about it. You'll work with the product team on AI agents that handle real customer conversations at scale, helping shape how they're built, measured and improved.
Duration and location: 6 months,Fulltime WFO in Bengaluru.
What you'll do
- Work closely with the product team to manage the quality of LLM outputs and drive improvements.
- Help with day-to-day product operations tasks.
- Write PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria for AI features such as voicebots, Next Best Action and analytics.
- Prototype workflows and prompts with LLMs and no-code AI tools, then test and evaluate theoutputs.
- Analyse product usage and call data to find gaps and measure feature impact.
- Work with engineering and design through build, QA and release, including release notes and feature docs.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on AI tool use, daily. For example ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for research and writing; Cursor, Lovable, Bolt or v0 for prototyping; n8n, Make or Zapier for automation.
- At least one AI project you built yourself, such as a chatbot, voice agent, RAG app, agent workflow or automation, with a link to the code, demo or a short video.
- A working grasp of prompting and LLM limits: hallucinations, latency, cost and how to evaluate outputs.
- Clear, structured writing and comfort with data in Sheets or Excel.
- B.Tech students in their 3rd or 4th year from top institutes.
