About The Role:
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our Spa team as an Esthetician. As our Esthetician, you will perform all facial and body treatments according to Four Seasons' standards and protocols, ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.
What You'll Do:
- Set-up and maintain Spa including refreshments in pre-treatment and treatment areas.
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with Spa services.
- Maintain clean work areas in Spa Dispensary and Staff Room.
- Appropriately utilize reservation systems, maintenance records, and Guest Experience database as vehicles of communication to ensure guest satisfaction with all services provided.
- Adhere to the facial sequence of service when performing skincare treatments.
- Provide hair removal services in line with waxing treatments.
- The ability to prepare, operate and properly sanitize all equipment in the treatment rooms and Spa areas.
- Ensure compliance of daily and opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all areas of Spa are well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high-quality presentation and repair of all equipment.
- Assist in reception area answering product and treatment questions as well as assisting with booking recommendations as needed by guests.
- Retrieve linens from laundry and assist with locker room set up; return used linen to laundry.
- Assist in keeping locker and Spa relaxation areas neat and organized.
- Assist other staff with set-up and breakdown of treatment areas.
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
- Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in areas of Spa and Fitness when needed.

- A Part-Time Work Schedule (8-29 hours) that includes weekends, holidays, and special events.
