Job Title: Spanish Speaking MPS Deployment Project Coordinato r

Team or Department: MPS Operations Centre

Overview:

Coordinate Managed Print Services deployment projects for new and existing customers, supporting printer and multifunction device deployments and transitions of existing devices into managed services. Coordinate orders, shipments, installations, returns, disposal activities, device data, inventory reconciliation, and asset management records while working with internal teams, customers, and external partners in English and Spanish.

Top 5 Responsibilities:

- Support the Project Manager throughout MPS customer implementations and manage service requests and exceptions.
- Place and monitor equipment orders and shipments to support delivery against project schedules.
- Coordinate customer returns, device pickups, disposal activities, deliveries, and installations with customers and internal and external partners.
- Maintain detailed order, invoice, return, disposal, inventory, and device information in Siebel and support inventory reconciliation.
- Provide project status information, document meeting data, escalate issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve deployment and service delivery issues.

- English and Spanish language proficiency is a must ; Italian or other European language is an advantage.
- Experience in hardware deployments, order management, logistics, or related activities is preferred.
- Supply chain experience and understanding.
- Experience managing project scope and resources and working with Spanish speaking customers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel including pivot tables and data reconciliation; SAP and/or Siebel experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
