Specialized Agent, Product Configuration

We are looking for a Specialized Agent, Product Configuration, within the Product Development Centre of Expertise. Reporting to the Team Leader, Front-Line Services, you will act as a partner to the product development teams in the management, standardization, and configuration of product data in SAP.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

- Configuration structures in SAP will be created, programmed, and maintained to define the characteristics, classes, and dependencies required for SKU creation across all product lines.
- SAP data will be created and updated to ensure consistency between SKUs, bills of materials (BOM), and the evolution of product development projects.
- Collaboration with engineering, certification, and production teams will be required to ensure the integrity and compliance of product data in SAP.
- You will act as a resource person by answering questions, resolving issues, and recommending solutions tailored to the needs of the teams.
- Analyze, validate, and ensure data quality while ensuring that deadlines and established processes are met.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the continuous optimization of product configuration tools, processes, and practices.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong understanding of the product development process through to release.
- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to simplify and convey information.
- Strong organizational and priority management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
