Manager, ERP & Supply Chain Systems Transformation

We are looking for a Manager, ERP & Supply Chain Systems Transformation, reporting to the Director, Global Manufacturing Systems and Processes, to act as a key business leader. In this strategic role, you will represent Operations to the IS&T teams. You will be at the forefront of defining the target operating model and driving the industrial performance of our Powersports, Marine, and Megatech groups on a global scale.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

- Design, evolve, and deploy the Target Operating Model (TOM) across all supply chain systems.
- Serve as the voice of Operations to IS&T by translating business needs into high-value functional requirements.
- Analyze, arbitrate, and prioritize the continuous improvement roadmap based on ROI and operational impact.
- Lead critical incident management in collaboration with IS&T to minimize production impacts and prevent recurrence.
- Map business processes, identify gaps, and structure user adoption and change management strategies.
- Develop business cases, manage project budgets, and ensure seamless communication from shop-floor teams to executive leadership.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- University degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field combining business and technology.
- At least 15 years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment, including Target Operating Model definition and change management.
- Strong understanding of ERP flows (MRP, procurement, EWM/TMS logistics, manufacturing) and experience in a business interface role during major deployments (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
- Influential leadership, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills with diverse audiences.
- Great analytical mindset, rigor, composure under pressure, and a passion for operational excellence and teaching.
- Availability for occasional travel to our international manufacturing sites.
