About this role
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
• Identify the training needs of BRP’s salaried and technical personnel.
• Coordinate internal and external training logistics.
• Manage the learning budget according to identified priorities.
• Verify internal Hoists and Lifts certification processes, as well as prepare the corresponding licenses.
• Manage documentation in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and STPS requirements.
• Manage and develop training and development providers.
• Coordinate and implement corporate initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate the annual training plan.
• Communicate training events to personnel in a timely manner.
• Manage and validate the effectiveness of language programs (English).
• Manage, approve, and ensure compliance with the educational reimbursement program, ensuring the proper use of the budget allocated to it.
• Implement the use of new tools and technologies to facilitate learning (LMS, instructional instructional, games, etc.).
• Define and implement internal instructor strategies across different company areas in order to transfer knowledge between departments and become an organizational asset.
• Present, manage, and conduct ISO and STPS audits.
• Develop training matrices by position, as well as technical and functional competencies that can support our training plan.
• Monitor training effectiveness following the different identified critical training programs.
• Manage and monitor legal compliance within the training process.
• Participate promptly in activities related to plant health and safety.
• Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) requirements assigned to the position in relation to ISO 9001:2015.
• Comply with the safety rules established according to the responsibilities of the position.
• Support the supervisor in managing departmental resources (labor, raw materials, equipment, and machinery) and request the necessary support when any of these are not in optimal condition.
• Identify training needs.
• Perform any other activity or task assigned by the supervisor.
• Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
