Job Summary

You will be part of an ambitious and fast-paced Legal Transformation Office, reporting directly to the Director, Head of Legal Operations & Transformation who sits under the Chief Legal Officer. This role requires a high degree of self-sufficiency, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of business operations, including knowledge of a diverse range of legal practice areas, data & analytics, and an ability to both develop and co-design AI workflows and tools. Working closely with Legal Leadership, IT, and cross-functional teams, you will act as a trusted expert and pro-active champion to guide our ambitious technology roadmap while keeping up on the latest industry trends and standards.

Your Impact

- Legal Technology Strategy & Implementation: Support and co-lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of enterprise legal technology and process optimization across the existing tech stack as Project Manager and Lead, following Agile Project Management methodology and a customer-centric approach while creating and maintaining matrices, BRDs, SOPs, business case evaluation materials etc.
- AI Developer & Solutions Engineer: Proactively develop, optimize, and maintain AI solutions in alignment with long-term Transformation Office strategy and the technology roadmap, including defining solution goals and business value, and the creation of technical documentation. Build tools on company-approved systems such as Gemini, Legora, and Claude Code in partnership with IT and InfoSec business partners, while creating guardrails and best practices in accordance with PANW’s Responsible AI Use Policy.
- Change Management & User Adoption: Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies. Co-develop training programs, communications, and resource guides to ensure high adoption rates of new technologies and processes across the legal team and business stakeholders, including maintaining use case discovery sessions, weekly “Tips & Tricks”, and SOP/governance documentation.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Establish operational metrics and KPIs for the legal department and Transformation programs. Develop and maintain the Legal department Data & Analytics Framework and pipeline roadmap for Legal systems and enterprise tools such as Tableau. Create and maintain dashboard developments for key Legal systems (CLM, eBilling, compliance systems) in partnership with Legal Leadership, facilitating a data-first mindset across the department while driving informed, data-backed decisions.
- Process Architecture Mapping: Map, analyze, and govern existing legal workflow processes (e.g., contract intake, NDA processing, compliance reviews) in systems like Lucidchart or equivalent approved enterprise tools while creating and maintaining
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the Legal department and external stakeholders, including IT, Information Security, Procurement, and Finance, ensuring seamless integration of legal systems within the broader enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Legal Technology, or Legal Transformation roles.
- Proven experience serving as a Legal AI Engineer or Technical Project Manager implementing legal tech solutions (e.g., Legora, Gemini).
- Demonstrated success in department transformation, change management, process enablement, and tracking ROI/success metrics for legal tech deployments.
- Strong understanding of all general practice areas, intake workflows, and legal department operations.
- Experience with building Data & Analytics frameworks and complex pipeline dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical IT requirements and legal business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications and experience building and deploying GenAI tools and agents for legal processes.
- Familiarity with Legora, Gemini (or equivalent), Salesforce, Ironclad, and developing API/downstream integrations for data visibility.
- Advanced project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.).

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
