Personal Caregiver

Are you looking for a Full-Time Caregiver position? Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide non-medical, in-home care to seniors and individuals in need, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being while allowing them to remain in their own homes.
Responsibilities
•  Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing 
•  Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation 
•  Offer medication reminders 
•  Provide companionship and emotional support 
•  Assist with mobility and daily routines 
•  Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client

Scheduling Opportunities
We are currently looking for caregivers who can provide consistent, full-time availability, including:
• 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Shift ranging from 4hrs, 8hrs, 12hrs
• Availability 3–4 days per week or more, including weekends as needed

Experience
At least 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred.
Experience as a caregiver, CNA, HHA, private-duty caregiver, or home care professional is highly valued but not required.
You Must Have
• Personal Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Schaumburg • Hoffman Estates • Palatine • Rolling Meadows • Elk Grove Village • Des Plaines • Park Ridge • Surrounding Areas

Commute Consideration: Our clients are located throughout the Northwest Suburbs, and caregivers are expected to travel to client locations. If you live 1 hour or more from our service area, please consider the commute carefully before applying, as the distance may not be a good fit for this position.
