Job Title: Construction Administrative Assistant/Job Cost Admin Location: ONSITE NEAR BUSH AIRPORT Job Description We are seeking a motivated Job Cost Admin to assist with field operations for large-scale electrical construction projects across the nation. This role serves as a liaison between various teams and manages subcontractor pay schedules. Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between field operations teams and other departments.
- Manage subcontractor pay schedules and ensure timely payments.
- Support construction projects by handling subcontractor billing, payment applications, lien waivers, and progress billing.
- Track job costs and maintain accurate project budgets and financial documentation.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, nested functions, and data reconciliation.
- Review and analyze large volumes of financial data with precision.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and accounting teams to ensure seamless project operations.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in accounting, construction, accounts payable, billing, and job cost management.
- Experience in construction accounting, project accounting, job cost accounting, accounts payable, or a related accounting/finance role.
- Strong understanding of job cost tracking and financial documentation within a construction environment.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel for advanced data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Work Environment This role involves working in a dynamic construction environment where collaboration with various teams is essential. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
