Put your mechanical and electrical skills to work on self-driving delivery robots! We’re hiring a hands-on Robot Service Technician to help our client assemble, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair its growing robot fleet in San Angelo.

Opportunity Details
- Pay: $25–$28 per hour
- Schedule: Full-time, typically 30+ hours per week
- Location: San Angelo, TX — in-person
- Employment type: Contract
What You’ll Do
- Assemble wiring harnesses, cables, connectors, and electronic modules.
- Install and replace sensors, including LiDAR, cameras, and ultrasonic sensors.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on self-driving delivery robots.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, including battery and suspension problems.
- Investigate breakdowns and incidents, complete repairs, and test equipment.
- Travel between local locations to provide onsite support.
- Support prototyping, inventory management, and research and development projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Technician experience in automotive service, dealership repair, manufacturing, or a similar environment.
- Experience using mechanical and electrical tools and measuring equipment.
- Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment, install electronic modules, and work with AC/DC electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D mechanical drawings.
- Strong computer skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Attention to detail, clear communication, and a dependable, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing more than 50 pounds.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the past 12 months.
- Comfort working in field settings and traveling between local sites. No CDL required.
- Soldering experience is a plus!
