We are seeking a skilled Quality Associate Manager to establish the quality framework and implement a comprehensive quality strategy for Missiles & Fire Control Air Dominance and Strike Weapons Advanced Programs (ADSW-AP) portfolio. The ADSW-AP Quality Associate Manager is responsible for all aspects of Quality across the programs life-cycle including proposals, contract review, start-up, development, transition to production, production and support on a variety of early development, prototype, and deliverable missile programs within the portfolio while serving as a member of the ADSW-AP Director Staff. Working leader; requires an understanding of quality tasks across quality functions including hardware, software, systems and suppliers/subcontractors, and customers. Proficient in company policies. Partners with program teams as the Quality Lead for design, development, production and mobilization phases of program execution. Integrates with proposal teams to ensure appropriate quality scope is established early in the program lifecycle. Performs contract reviews and flows down contract quality requirements to quality team, including suppliers. Establishes quality budgets and cost commitments. Serves on the program area Risk and Opportunity Review Boards; nominates risks and opportunities. Ensures Quality Assurance Plans are documented and current and implemented. Schedules and ensures assessments of program (e.g. quality audits). Participates in independent program reviews to understand risks and drive Return to Green plans. Maintains a DCMA/Customer quality relationship. Builds and leads an agile team of quality professionals to drive exceptional results across all quality disciplines as the portfolio matures.

Basic Qualifications

* Technical Engineering degree at the Bachelor level or above
* Demonstrated leadership in Quality, Operations, or Engineering
* Active Secret Clearance
* Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming materials in Aerospace Industry, including previous or current Material Review Board Quality Engineering authority
* Experience in Product Development Processes and test equipment design, development, and validation processes
* Ability to effectively communicate, interact with, and influence other functions, programs, and internal/external customers

Desired Skills

* Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
* Advanced AS9100 and AS9102 interpretation and application experience
* Experience with supplier development/management
* Experience in Bid, Proposal, and Estimating practices along with development of Quality Basis of Estimates (BOE)
* Experience with Cost/control account management (CAM)
* Familar with requirements for handling and control of Government Furnished Equipment/Property during field, ground, or operational tests

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
