Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst Job Description We are seeking a highly strategic finance leader to join our dynamic, growth-oriented environment. In this role, you will partner with executive leadership to support key business functions such as manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, product management, shared services, HR, IT, legal, facilities, and operations. You will serve as a key business partner responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision support across multiple areas of the organization. Responsibilities

- Lead short and long-range financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Support manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, product management, and shared service functions through financial analysis and business partnership.
- Develop and present financial reporting, performance reviews, and ad hoc analysis to leadership.
- Drive and support cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and business transformation efforts.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities while recommending action plans to leadership.
- Support month-end and year-end financial processes in partnership with the accounting team.
- Lead or support large-scale finance projects, system implementations, and organizational initiatives.

Essential Skills

- 5+ years of experience in a Senior finance role with a strong emphasis on financial planning, forecasting, and business partnership.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial reporting.
- Ability to partner with Senior leadership and influence strategic business decisions.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working within ERP environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- SAP experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing organizations.

Work Environment The role offers a hybrid work environment with 4 days in the Minneapolis office and 1 day working from home, likely Fridays. This position reports directly to the CFO and functions as an independent contributor. The initial term is expected to be 8 months, with the potential for longer-term retention. The company provides a cool office space and a strategic finance role with direct exposure to executive leadership and global stakeholders, presenting increased visibility, responsibility, and career growth potential.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $67.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
