Job Title: Project Coordinator - Level 2 Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator - Level 2 to join our team in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will support project managers and teams, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. This is an in-person role, operating from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Support project managers and project teams on various projects.
- Ensure resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
- Participate in meetings with clients and team members to discuss project progress and identify additional follow-up needs.
- Provide general administrative support, including calendar management, meeting setup, and travel arrangements.
- Compile and distribute reports on work progress and downtime.
- Maintain and update project plans and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Essential Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Intermediate Excel knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Project and other project management training is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Work Environment
The role is based in Greensboro, NC, and requires in-person attendance. You will work closely with site teams and suppliers, ensuring all project support is provided and projects are closed out successfully. The position involves regular email and phone communication with both internal teams and external vendors, on-site check-ins, and collaboration with clients. The work environment is dynamic and requires flexibility, with a focus on collaboration and effective communication.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $10.00 - $10.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
