Job Title: Document Service Associate II Job Description
The Document Service Associate II plays a crucial role in maintaining efficient document servicing operations. This position involves supporting multiple workflows, processing outbound mail, and managing the opening, sorting, scanning, and distribution of insurance-related mail.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the achievement of service level agreements by quickly processing inbound and outbound mail.
- Develop and enhance document servicing skills and knowledge through participation in cross-training activities.
- Manage time-sensitive, complex, or critical documents effectively.
- Prepare incoming insurance-related mail by using industrial equipment to open envelopes, manually removing contents, and sorting documentation for scanning.
- Process a high volume of received documentation by reviewing, sorting, adding separator sheets, and using scanning equipment to capture mailed documentation within internal systems.
- Manage outgoing documentation by processing high volumes of metered mail, preparing overnight packages, ensuring correct postage application, and updating records accordingly.
- Contribute to the success of document servicing operations by assisting with quality checks, resolving minor processing issues, and providing advice and guidance to peers.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in filing and clerical tasks.
- Experience with scanning processes.
- High School Diploma.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The role involves working with industrial equipment and high-volume document processing in a professional office setting.

This is a Contract position based out of Saddle Brook, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
