- Serve as the primary front desk representative and first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors on the corporate campus.
- Create a welcoming, professional environment while managing day-to-day reception and lobby operations.
- Greet and assist guests, answer questions, direct visitors to the appropriate locations, and ensure a positive experience for everyone entering the facility.
- Support employees with a variety of workplace services, including coordinating meeting room reservations, processing visitor registrations, creating and distributing visitor badges, and assisting with general office inquiries.
- Submit, monitor, and follow up on IT support tickets as needed to help resolve workplace technology issues efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and professional reception area while ensuring security and visitor protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with multiple departments to support daily business operations, manage incoming requests, and address employee and visitor needs in a timely manner.
- This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- 24 years of experience working as a receptionist, front desk associate, or in a similar customer-facing administrative role.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with visitors and staff.
- Experience greeting customers and visitors in a busy office or departmental environment.
- Ability to manage visitor badges and follow basic access and sign-in procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including basic use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and related tools.
- Clear and professional verbal communication skills for in-person and telephone interactions.
- Ability to stay organized and maintain composure while handling multiple tasks at the front desk.

- No specific formal qualification required for this role.
- Experience in a corporate or office reception environment is beneficial.
- Comfort working with basic office equipment such as phones, computers, and printers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability and punctuality in maintaining front desk coverage during assigned hours.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
