In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring Medicare Part D appeals are processed accurately and efficiently, helping members receive timely access to the medications they need. - Contact providers, pharmacies, and healthcare offices to gather clinical information needed for Medicare Part D appeal reviews.
- Support prior authorization and appeals processes through pharmacy technician-level case review and documentation.
- Accurately maintain and update case information across multiple systems.
- Manage a high-volume workload while meeting established turnaround times and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Consistently achieve quality, productivity, and performance goals.

Required Qualifications

- Active Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Active State Board of Pharmacy Technician License/Registration.
- At least 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Microsoft Office experience, including:
- Outlook (email and calendar management)
- Word (document creation and editing)
- Excel (data sorting, spreadsheet editing, basic formulas, and VLOOKUP functions)

Schedule Work schedules fall between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pacific Time . Team members will also participate in alternating Saturday shifts (8 hours) as part of the regular schedule. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
