YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator – Social to join our Digital Marketing team in [Location]. In this role, you'll support the execution of Victaulic's organic social media presence by managing the day-to-day scheduling, publishing, and content production workflow across social platforms. You'll work closely with designers, videographers, subject matter experts, and the Digital Marketing Lead – Campaign Strategy to keep the social content calendar on track, coordinate asset production, and ensure content is published consistently and correctly. This is an opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to own a critical piece of Victaulic's social media operations and grow within our marketing organization.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD & OWN

Social Media Project Management

- Own and maintain the social media content calendar, tracking deadlines, approvals, and publishing dates across all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X)
- Coordinate content requests and timelines with designers, videographers, and subject matter experts to keep production on schedule
- Track content status end to end—from request through review, approval, and publishing—and flag delays or bottlenecks
- Schedule and publish approved content across platforms using social management tools (e.g., Hootsuite)

Content Coordination

- Gather input and assets from subject matter experts and marketing team members to support content production
- Prepare and proof content for publishing in line with brand voice and accessibility standards (writing and copy development remain with the Social Media Specialist/SMEs)
- Organize and maintain a library of approved content assets for reuse and repurposing
- Track content refresh and repurposing needs and flag what requires updating and when (prioritization and strategy remain with the Specialist/Lead)

Community Engagement

- Monitor comments, messages, and brand mentions daily; flag anything outside standard routing to the appropriate team member—this role does not respond directly to community engagement

Performance & Reporting

- Pull performance data from Google Analytics, native platform analytics, and reporting dashboards on a regular cadence
- Compile reporting summaries for the Digital Marketing Lead – Campaign Strategy
- Advise the Content Specialists on content adjustments to optimize performance, based on analytics trends

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with the broader marketing team to align social publishing with campaign timelines and product launches
- Communicate status updates on content production and publishing to relevant stakeholders

Process Documentation

- Follow established social media publishing workflows and process documentation, owned by the Digital Marketing Lead – Campaign Strategy
- Contribute updates and flag needed changes when a process isn't working as documented

WHAT YOU BRING

- 2–5 years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or project management
- Working familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
- Experience coordinating with creative partners (design, video) on content production

Core Competencies

- Organization: Manages multiple content workstreams, deadlines, and approvals without dropping details
- Attention to Detail: Catches errors before publishing and maintains consistency across platforms
- Communication: Coordinates clearly with internal partners across design, content, and marketing
- Adaptability: Adjusts priorities as deadlines, campaigns, and platform requirements shift
