What You Will Be Doing:
Serve as the F-35 Air Vehicle Sustainment Operations Lead for the Lightning Sustainment Center. Co-located with the F-35 Joint Program office at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio this position is responsible for coordinating world wide sustainment support for the F-35 fleet, integrating with the broader industry sustainment organization, and partnering with USG to deliver aircraft readiness and meet F-35 program goals. Tasks include fleet status reporting, identify/resolving immediate needs, tracking trends, pursuing improvement opportunities, facilitating communications between field personnel and sustainment enterprise, monitoring network nodes, and interfacing with Participant Logistics Operations Centers. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees day to day performance of the global operations center, supply item analyst, and program integration teams.

Basic Qualifications
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
* Demonstrated aircraft sustainment and logistics knowledge
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously spanning the Integrated Logistics Support Elements
* Superior communication skills, both written and oral. Exerience briefing senior Department of War and industry executives
* 5+ year of F-35 program experience over 15+ years of fighter/ sustainment experience
Desired Skills
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:
* Bachelor's degree
* Foreign language ability
* Knowledge and experience using JIRA, Tableau, and all Microsoft programs
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
