About this role
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading high-complexity creative marketing projects and defined programs within the OnBrand (OB) organization. This role drives end-to-end delivery of complex, integrated programs with Director oversight, while leading and mentoring junior PMs across workstreams and contributing to process improvements across teams. The role requires strong executive presence and visibility with senior OnBrand and Marketing Partner stakeholders.
- 7+ years of professional experience (360 campaign management PM experience preferred)
- Experience managing $7MM–$10MM in total annual budget
- Experience leading and mentoring junior PMs across multiple workstreams
- Strong knowledge of creative production (digital, print, integrated campaigns)
- Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Workfront)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for senior stakeholders
