ABOUT THE PROGRAM

We're looking for students to join our Co-Op Program who are obsessively curious about 'what's next'. You'll get hands on experience with our products and learn from the best of the best in the business. You will immerse yourself into Bose for 6 months and get the opportunity to grow the skills your learned in the classroom with hands on work experience. By the time you end your time with us, you will have been given the opportunity to truly make a real impact in the future of Bose and your career!

Our Co-Ops are given the opportunity to connect with senior leadership across the business to understand different perspectives at Bose. THE ROLE

Join Bose’s Supply Chain organization and work across the end‑to‑end value chain, with practical exposure to Procurement & Commodity Management, Logistics, Planning, Customer Service, NPI Product Development, Program Management, and Strategy. You will combine daily “run the business” responsibilities with project work that improves how we measure and manage cost and attain savings.

You have the opportunity to contribute to the organization via a co-op project. The project will evaluate Bose's strengths and establish practical areas for improvement. This will include capturing and analyzing the appropriate data, preparing a report of findings and recommendations, and, in some instances, addressing the department and implementing approved recommendations.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate and deliver a co-op project that identifies a measurable improvement opportunity, analyzes data, recommends changes, and supports implementation where feasible. A recent successful example is the development of the Raw Material Dashboard in Procurement Analytics.
- Own/support recurring KPI reporting and dashboards used by supply chain leadership, ensuring data accuracy, refresh timeliness, and clear communication of insights. Tools are primarily PowerBI & Excel based.
- Support our cost‑reduction and savings processes by maintaining data quality and collaborating directly with tier-one partners to submit and validate savings.
- Partner with internal and external IT teams to troubleshoot data issues, refresh extracts, and keep operational content up to date for monthly and quarterly business cadences.
- Contribute to Supply Chain Systems & Analytics initiatives (data, metrics, and AI readiness), such as creation and support of new reporting, UAT execution, etc.
- Create and maintain how‑to content (job aids, work instructions) that enable cross‑functional tool users to self‑serve reports and submit savings ideas correctly.

Qualifications

- Progress toward a BS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business/Data Analytics, or similar
- Comfort with data and business operations; intermediate Excel; exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Exposure and/or interest in AI implementation.
- Clear communicator who can work independently and with senior stakeholders
- Curiosity, initiative, and strong follow‑through on standard weekly tasks and project milestones

Tools you’ll use
Excel, Power BI, SharePoint/Teams, ChatGPT, SAP (ECC), Kinaxis, and LevaData; optional Python/SQL a plus.

The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of Atlanta, Georgia is: $22.00-$28.00 per hour.The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
