## Job Summary



To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Master Scheduler located in South Campus.

Reporting to the Production Planning Manager the Master Scheduler’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

- Create daily production schedules
- Supervise that deadlines are met.
- Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization
- Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management
- Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.
- Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime
- Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials
- Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.
- Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues
- Provide training to staff members as required
- Report key metrics as required

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience in Production Planning and Production Control.
- Strong knowledge of production plans and production order management.
- Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) processes.
- Ability to ensure production requirements and material availability are met.
- Monitor Days of Supply (DOS) and inventory levels.
- Experience with cycle count planning and inventory control.
- Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve production planning issues.
- Cross-functional communication with Manufacturing, Materials, and Supply Chain teams.
- Participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Intermediate Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
