Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Processor to manage our daily operational workflow. In this role, you will handle new business submissions, endorsement processing, billing, change requests, and online rating setup, while providing general customer service support.

The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, multi-tasks effectively, and can easily navigate modern operating systems and web browsers.

Responsibilities

- Data & Submission Processing: Manage the daily flow of new business submissions and process policy endorsements accurately.
- Account Management: Handle incoming change requests and set up on-line rating functions.
- Financial Tasks: Assist with daily billing administrative functions.
- Customer Service: Provide general customer service support and maintain clear communication with internal and external entities.
- Process Implementation: Quickly understand operational concepts and precisely follow implementation instructions.

Requirements

- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to grasp new concepts and execute detailed instructions.

Education and Experience

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- System Proficiency: High level of comfort working within Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and Word, and experience in Adobe.
- Web Navigation: Strong proficiency navigating through Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge/Explorer.
- Industry Knowledge: A background in Commercial Insurance is a major plus.
