What You'll Do

Principal Support

- Proactively manage and coordinate daily schedules across several time zones and ensure Principal is fully briefed and organised
- Proactively manage and coordinate travel and related logistics including Visa and Passports to the best efficiencies and in accordance with BCG policy.
- Schedule client, case team and administrative meetings, as required , book relevant telephone/ videoconferences (local and international), and associated logistics .
- Support Principals commercial agenda, understand case & client requirements
- Serve as a vital point of contact for case teams with regards to Principal's calendar and Logistics
- Manage requirements and provide administrative support as directed by Principal
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients
- Keep a 12-month forward plan of travel commitments

Supporting Principals Cases

- Serve as a vital point of contact for case teams with regards to Principal's calendar and Logistics

- Assist with minor visual edits to slides if directed by Principal
- Complete ad hoc case team administrative duties

General Administration

- Filter correspondence and telephone calls
- Maintain appropriate electronic filing systems and client databases
- Submit and reconcile timesheets and expenses
- Complete ad hoc administrative duties, including support to some PL lead case teams if required .

Continuous Improvement

- Streamline administration work to achieve the best efficiencies
- Be proactive and solutions focused
- Participate in internal committees and contribute to office efficiencies by providing backup support where appropriate
- Provide inspiration and knowledge share across the Operations cohort

Back up to Executive Assistants

- Provide backup support for EAs when they are on leav e

What You'll Bring

- Prior experience as a Team Assistant supporting several busy senior executives (professional services experience is preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership and/or customer service experience. You’re highly responsive with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time and project management skills. You have clear systems and composure to deal with multiple tasks at once
- Organisational skills to assist with all the behind-the-scenes magic while providing creative solutions, driving our high-level customer service, and positively impacting our client work
- A strong intellectual curiosity. You’re a creative thinker, interested in the bigger picture
- Adaptability and flexibility. You will thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment bringing open-mindedness and positivity to challenges
