The Role:

We are seeking an IT Senior SAP Business Analyst, Global Labeling Solutions,

to join our dynamic team. This role will be based in our Chaska, MN facility and will play a key role in supporting and evolving our global label management capabilities. The individual will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, optimizing SAP-related processes, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient labeling solutions across a global manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide ongoing functional and technical support of global labeling processes and solutions while maintaining a strong understanding of the interconnected business processes that influence labeling across manufacturing, quality, procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations. Analyze incidents, resolve application issues, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvements to labeling systems, business processes, and user experience.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams to gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and design discussions to support the development and enhancement of global labeling, print management, and compliance-related processes.
- Perform business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle , including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, solution evaluation, and impact assessments. Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure solutions support operational needs, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project and system documentation , including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, use cases, testing scripts, training materials, and support documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and long-term solution sustainability.
- Partner with functional Centers of Excellence (COEs), technical teams, and business leaders to evaluate enhancement requests, define business value, assess risks and dependencies, and prioritize demand within established governance processes. Manage intake backlogs and facilitate alignment between strategic initiatives and operational support needs.
- Configure, test, and implement application enhancements and system solutions in accordance with established change management practices.
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes by identifying inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and system improvement initiatives. Recommend technology-enabled solutions that improve operational effectiveness, data quality, compliance, and user productivity.
- Support application enhancements, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives through requirements documentation, configuration activities, testing coordination, defect resolution, and end-user support. Assist with the successful deployment and adoption of new capabilities by developing training materials, maintaining documentation, and validating business requirements.

What We Seek:

- Experience within an SAP Manufacturing environment involved in business problem/process analysis, requirements gathering, and project support.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with experience of configuration and problem resolution and with involvement in global label management
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- undefined Outstanding Candidates Will Have: Knowledge of global print programs, ABAP, and labeling software such as Loftware, NiceLabel, SAP Global Label Management (GLM), or BarTender software.In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.Experience supporting or participating in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation projects , including requirements gathering, solution validation, testing, data migration activities, process design, and user adoption efforts.Strong understanding of SAP integration concepts, including interfaces, master data dependencies, and end-to-end business process flows.

- Compensation: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 a year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
