Job Description:

HOW WATCH OFFICER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

HOURS: Midnight to 8AM

- Analyzes user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of projects and highlights areas of improvement.
- Utilizes complex modeling and measuring techniques. Performs functional modeling based on requirements analysis.
- Conducts functional testing of various projects or systems.
- Researches, identifies, and recommends resources required for task execution and completion.
- Develops new functionality or updates the existing, to meet client needs.
- Writes and updates project documentation including procedures, presentations, and training materials.
- Performs functional allocations to identify tasks and their inter-relationships.
- Consults with clients to determine optimum design for assigned projects.
- May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

- Education: BA/BS

- Experience: 5+ years of experience

- Security clearance level: TS/SCI must be able to obtain/maintain polygraph

- Skills and abilities: Other specific skills (communication, problem solving, learning mindset, etc.)

- Location: On Customer Site

Must obtain the following two certifications within 120 days of starting position:

1. Security+ CE or other DoD approved 8570 baseline certification

2. One of the following PWS 9.1 certifications: A+, HDI-CSR, HDI Support Center Director, HDI Support Center Analyst, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365.

The likely salary range for this position is $76,500 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
