We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of critical electric utility, transmission, substation, EPC, and energy infrastructure projects across the United States. You will work alongside experienced Project Managers, engineers, construction teams, and utility stakeholders while gaining exposure to large-scale transmission, substation, generation, and infrastructure projects. This position is primarily remote , offering the flexibility to work from home while collaborating on some of the industry's most impactful projects.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of transmission, substation, and power infrastructure projects
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables from project kickoff through closeout
- Work closely with engineering teams, utility clients, contractors, and EPC partners
- Track project financials, invoices, forecasts, and capital budgets
- Assist with project reporting, status updates, risk management, and stakeholder communications
- Support contract administration, procurement activities, and change management processes
- Participate in project meetings and maintain detailed project documentation
- Help manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring schedule and budget alignment
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, vendors, and construction partners
- Contribute to the delivery of critical transmission, substation, generation, distribution, and data center infrastructure projects

What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- 2+ years of experience supporting projects in one or more of the following industries: Electric Utility
- Transmission & Distribution (T&D)
- Substation
- Power Delivery
- EPC Projects
- Renewable Energy
- Data Centers
- Heavy Industrial Infrastructure
- Experience supporting project schedules, budgets, resource coordination, and project reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
