Logistics Specialist

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Position Overview:

Regal Rexnord is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team at our El Paso, Texas site. The site is a fulfillment center focused on warehousing, inventory management and order fulfillment, ensuring customers receive products accurately and on time. The site partners closely with our Chihuahua, Mexico site so this role will partner with both sites daily.

In this role, the Logistics Specialist will ensure excellent customer experience by managing customer orders from receipt through delivery, providing timely updates, and resolving issues involving material availability, delivery commitments, and commercial requirements. You will partner closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to improve delivery performance, maintain accurate order information, and support customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete customer order cycle from receipt through delivery, ensuring accurate and timely execution.

- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments, providing clear and proactive order-status updates.

- Monitor open orders, backlogs, past-due orders, and delivery performance daily to identify risks and drive corrective actions.

- Communicate shipment dates, delivery commitment changes, material constraints, and potential supply risks in a timely manner.

- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to confirm material availability and production capacity.

- Manage and resolve escalations involving delays, shortages, demand changes, and delivery issues, including coordination of recovery plans.

- Participate in customer meetings to review open orders, priorities, delivery risks, and recovery actions.

- Maintain accurate and current order records, delivery commitments, and related information in the ERP system.

- Prepare and present customer service performance metrics, including on-time delivery, response time, delivery-promise accuracy, backlog, escalations, and customer satisfaction

- Support continuous improvement actions that strengthen customer service levels and improve delivery performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or related fields.

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in customer service, planning, logistics, or order management.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze order data, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional partners.

- Must be eligible and available to travel to our Chihuahua, Mexico site at least monthly.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is strongly preferred.

- Working knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics processes.

- Experience preparing customer-service reports and using performance metrics to drive corrective action.
