Co-Op, Development Resource Management

The Role

This is a full-time co-op position from January 18, 2027 – June 25, 2027 . Candidates must be available for the entire duration of the co-op program.

The Resource Management team within Portfolio Operations is seeking a motivated co-op to support the continued advancement of resource planning capabilities across Development. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of business operations, data, and digital solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve resource visibility, forecasting, and planning.

The co-op will gain hands-on experience supporting strategic decision-making and the evolution of tools and processes used to plan and deploy resources across the Development portfolio.

Here’s What You’ll Do

- Support the ongoing execution and adoption of the Resource Management capability across Development.
- Partner with the Resource Management Lead to coordinate technical, business, and operational activities that enable accurate and effective resource planning.
- Prepare materials, analyses, and reporting to support resource planning discussions with functional and senior Development leaders.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, capture decisions, and translate discussions into actionable next steps.
- Coordinate follow-up activities and prepare outputs that inform resource planning and support a closed-loop planning process.
- Assist with data validation, quality checks, and continuous improvement of resource forecast model outputs.
- Partner with Digital teams during the testing and deployment of the Resource Management business solution, helping translate proof-of-concept capabilities into a validated, user-ready solution.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and business validation of new functionality and system integrations.
- Help document business requirements, user guides, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Serve as an additional business point of contact to support solution enhancements, maintenance activities, and ongoing user needs.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, or presentation development through academic, internship, or project work.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)

- GPA of 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale) or equivalent academic achievement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in using data to support business decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly to different audiences.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-through on action items.
- Exposure to Python through coursework, projects, or prior experience, particularly for data analysis or automation.

The salary range for this role is $20.00 - $60.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An individual’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, other incentive compensation, or equity award, subject to company plan eligibility criteria and individual performance.
