Job Description:
The Certified Nurse’s Aide/ Home Health Aide functions under the direction of the Director of Home Care in providing direct patient care services as outlined below. Employees may be required to lift, transfer, and transport adult clients. Staff provides personal care to clients and keeps records on personal health care activities as defined within the respective regulatory environment (State Home Health regulations). Position requires caregivers to be mobile and assist multiple members located in different locations on Campus.

Position available: This Position is Full-Time, 12 hour Shifts. Days varied to include every other weekend. Only Applicants interested in Full-Time 12 hour shifts need apply. This is not a PRN position.
Qualifications:
1. Successful completion of a State approved certified nursing aide program. Prior geriatric nursing aide experience is preferred. Registration with State registry required.
2. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Ability to document care given.
3. If you are required to drive a member in a Cypress vehicle, you must have a valid and active Driver License issued from any state. Must have a good driving record.
4. Successful completion of Cypress of Raleigh golf cart training.
