Program Description:
PJT Partners is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Corporate Summer Internship Program. Throughout the program, participants will support the day-to-day deliverables of the corporate function’s and work on high-impact projects that drive the corporate functions strategic initiatives, and operational efficiencies supporting the firms’ growth.
Participants will complete two rotations across our key corporate functions:
- Finance
- Firm Operations
- Legal & Compliance
- Human Resources
Participants in the program will gain broad, transferable skills in data analysis and visualization, project management, and process improvement, as well as domain knowledge of the corporate functions they support, all while collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams to drive meaningful impact. The program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the critical role corporate functions play in driving the success of a best-in-class, global advisory-focused investment bank.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver data-driven insights by collecting, analyzing and reporting on key metrics that support leadership decision making and strategic planning
- Assist in all aspects of day-to-day work
- Prepare presentations, materials and business reviews
- Effectively communicate with colleagues, various stakeholders and other corporate functions
- Coordinate complex and time-sensitive processes efficiently and meet deadlines
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Deliver a final presentation on an impactful project at the end of the Internship
Qualifications:
PJT Partners seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have excellent academic, leadership and extracurricular experiences. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:
- Current undergraduate student who is a self-starter
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail
- Aptitude to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Robust organizational and time management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity, judgement, work ethic and professionalism
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Requirements:
To be considered for the 2027 Corporate Summer Intern Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate* student
- Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2027 – Spring 2028
- Resume must include expected graduation month/year

Expected annualized base salary of $75,000
