💰 Salary & Highlights

- Base Salary: $67,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year

- Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $ 2000 to $4,000 ( paid in first 90 days of employment )

- Performance Bonus: $3,000 to $ 5,000 annually (Extremely competitive)

The Role: We are seeking a passionate Pediatric SLP to join our growing clinic team. You will play a vital role in helping children develop essential communication skills and reach their full potential through:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.

- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based and play-based therapy.

- Treating a variety of disorders, including articulation delays, language impairments, fluency, and social communication difficulties.

- Engaging and educating families to support their child's development at home.

Qualifications

- Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

- Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.

- State Licensure: Valid and current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and child engagement skills; knowledge of developmental milestones.

- Setting: Experience in a pediatric clinic setting is preferred .
