Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders for projects located in or around Fort Collins, CO. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $23–$35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

- Perform MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), and Flux-Core (FCAW) welding as required

- Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components

- Complete structural, pipe, production, industrial, and fabrication welding projects

- Perform fit-up, layout, cutting, grinding, and fabrication tasks

- Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols

- Fabricate, repair, and assemble structural steel, equipment, piping, and manufactured products

- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively

- Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all jobsite safety standards

Requirements:

- Previous professional welding or fabrication experience

- Ability to safely operate welding equipment

- Basic fabrication and measurement skills

- Welding hood and proper PPE

- Reliable transportation

- Ability to work safely in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environments

- Some assignments may require a weld test, certification, or project-specific welding procedure qualification

Preferred:

- Experience in one or more of the following areas is encouraged:

- Structural Welding
