General Laborer

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated General Laborers for projects located in or around Fort Collins, CO. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $20–$28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

- Assist with commercial and industrial construction projects

- Perform jobsite cleanup and debris removal

- Load, unload, and move construction materials

- Support demolition and site preparation activities

- Assist skilled trades including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and concrete crews

- Help with measuring, layout, and general construction tasks

- Spot equipment and assist operators as needed

- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Support underground utility, sitework, and industrial construction operations

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

- Construction experience preferred

- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday

- Ability to lift and move construction materials

- Basic hand tool knowledge

- Proper PPE required

- Reliable transportation

- Strong attendance and dependability

- Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor direction

- Willingness to learn and grow within the skilled trades

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in one or more of the following areas is encouraged:

Commercial construction

- Industrial construction

- Material handling

- Loading and unloading

- Demolition

- Site preparation

- Concrete assistance

- Carpenter assistance

- Electrical assistance

- Plumbing assistance

- Equipment spotting

- Construction debris removal

- Underground utility work

- Manufacturing or industrial labor
