As a lead project manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain administrative and financial management processes for our FDA-focused. You will organize and coordinate program activities, and your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the health account, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. You Have:

- 15+ years of experience planning, initiating, and managing information technology (IT) projects
- Experience leading, mentoring, and guiding the work of technical and functional domain staff
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and quality control for multi-workstream programs
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks, and enterprise data management principles
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP Certification

Nice If You Have:

- Experience with Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) frameworks and IT investment review processes
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
