As a key member of the Ford Supply Chain team, you can add critical value to the entire organization. You’ll help us source the highest quality parts and services from around the globe while ensuring optimal cost and on-time delivery. You’ll also contribute to establishing a robust supply chain so that we can continually produce the vehicles our customers want. In this position...
This position provides an exciting opportunity to lead Supplier Quality improvement across multiple vehicle plants in North America. You will engage with Ford plant and supplier leadership to drive upfront Launch Planning and Industrialization as well as downstream R/1000, QR and delivery improvement with some of Ford's highest leverage suppliers. Weekly travel to Ford and supplier plants should be expected.
You'll have...
- Bachelor of Science / Engineering or Equivalent in a relevant field
- Be proficient in English when working with global teams
- Knowledge of Problem Solving Tools.
- Experience in the use of Quality Tools and Project Management
- Strong communication, inter-personal and team building skills
- Ability to travel in the US, Canada, and Mexico approximately 75% of the time

This position is leadership level 5 and ranges from $138,240-261,720.
