Job Title: Project Architect Essential Skills

- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Vectorworks.
- Strong knowledge of construction documents.
- Understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect preferred, or the ability to obtain licensure.
- 8+ years of architectural experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Mentoring junior staff.
- Experience in coordinating with various consultants.
- Ability to respond effectively to RFIs and other construction-phase documentation.

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an architect who enjoys the technical aspects of project delivery and has a strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, code compliance, and construction documentation. The Project Architect will play a critical role in coordinating project teams, developing technical solutions, and ensuring projects move efficiently from schematic design through construction administration. While design collaboration is part of the position, the primary focus is on technical execution and project delivery. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
