Summary of Role:
Act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements.
Essential Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements. Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate system alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. Prepare communications and make presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Assist in the end-to-end process design, build, test, integration of I2P ( Idea to Product) value stream and provide functional & technical guidance for Architecture, Deployment of Siemens Teamcenter PLM. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define and validate Teamcenter PLM [Product Life Cycle Management] functional requirements, configurations, and solution design specifications. Evaluate Teamcenter PLM capabilities, modules, and integrations to ensure solutions aligned with business processes. Design of the key I2P enterprise product hierarchy & structure and product master data objects. Responsible for functional specifications, data conversion, integration specifications related to the I2P value stream. Identify and recommend functional improvements to enhance Teamcenter PLM workflows, usability, and system effectiveness within Teamcenter. Define and enforce functional standards, best practices, and governance for Teamcenter implementations and enhancements. Lead end-to-end functional delivery, including requirement management, solution validation, UAT support, and alignment with enterprise Teamcenter PLM strategy. Responsible for implementing the industry’s best practices to manage Business processes using the Teamcenter PLM Out of the Box (OOTB) capabilities. Ability to perform Teamcenter POCs (Proof of Concept) based on Functional PLM Business Process.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent
- Experience – 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or any business engineering/analyst related job titles. Applicants must have 5 years of experience in the following: (1) Teamcenter Functional PLM business process knowledge including designing, and implementing in Teamcenter; (2) Managing Siemens PLM Teamcenter implementation; (3) PLM technical strategies; (4) Teamcenter product architecture and its integration frameworks and Functional capabilities in Product Master Data and Product Change Management; (5) data migration, mapping, data validation to Teamcenter from legacy applications; (6) PLM Teamcenter Experience with integration of Teamcenter with ERP(SAP), CRM, MES System; (7) Teamcenter 2-tier/4-tier/Web/Active Workspace/multi-site architecture; and (8) Teamcenter ITK Tool development with C/C++.

Expected Salary Range
Salary range : $148,320 - $175,000/year
The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
