SWBC is seeking a talented individual to support its Retirement Plan Services investment advisory business. This role combines hands-on marketing execution with the development, management, and coordination of client-facing presentations, recurring client deliverables, sales materials, and select business support activities.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished communicator and presentation developer who can turn complex financial and retirement plan information into clear, polished, executive-ready materials. This person will serve as a central point of coordination among Retirement Plan Services leadership, advisory and investment professionals, SWBC’s corporate marketing team, and outside marketing resources.

Essential duties will include the following:

- Develops and executes marketing initiatives that support Retirement Plan Services’ business development, client retention, budget, and brand objectives.
- Develops, documents, and tracks campaign metrics, performance, overall effectiveness, and business impact.
- Serves as a strategic thought partner and the primary liaison between the Retirement Plan Services team, SWBC’s corporate marketing department, and outside marketing partners or vendors.
- Creates, formats, edits, and updates sophisticated PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, finalist presentations, proposals, educational initiatives, and internal leadership discussions.
- Translates complex investment, fiduciary, retirement plan, and business information into clear, visually compelling, executive-ready materials.
- Coordinates recurring client deliverables, including meeting materials, client review packages, investment review materials, fiduciary support documentation, and follow-up communications.
- Partners with internal clients to support proposals, RFP responses, finalist presentations, sales enablement materials, client retention initiatives, and other business development efforts.
- Writes, edits, and produces thought leadership, marketing collateral, presentations, email campaigns, blogs, digital content, announcements, and other communications for retirement plan sponsor audiences.
- Manages marketing and client deliverable projects from initial request through completion, including timelines, content collection, review cycles, approvals, production, and distribution.
- Maintains organized tracking of projects, deadlines, approvals, recurring deliverables, and outstanding action items.
- Works closely with advisory, investment, client service, operations, compliance, sales, and leadership teams to ensure materials are accurate, timely, brand-consistent, and appropriate for a regulated financial services environment.
- Reviews client-facing materials carefully for formatting, grammar, numerical accuracy, brand consistency, and overall professional quality.
- Develops and supports digital, email, social media, print, direct mail, and other marketing initiatives as appropriate.
- Uses available performance data and stakeholder feedback to evaluate and improve marketing efforts.
- Contributes creative ideas while incorporating direction, feedback, brand standards, compliance requirements, and established business processes.
- Develops an understanding of SWBC Retirement Plan Services’ business, its clients, its competitive position, and the retirement plan and investment advisory marketplace.
- Stays current on investment, retirement, and employee benefits trends through research, industry publications, and professional development.
- Anticipates team and project needs, identifies potential gaps, and proactively recommends or implements solutions that enhance client engagement.
- Supports select team and office coordination needs, including meeting logistics, materials and supplies, vendor coordination, document organization, and other activities that contribute to an efficient and professional work environment.
- Performs other duties and provides additional team support as assigned.

Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- At least three (3) years of experience in marketing, communications, presentation development, client deliverables, sales enablement, or a related role.
- Experience supporting a B2B, professional services, financial services, or similarly complex business environment.
- Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills, including the ability to quickly transform complex information into polished, accurate, executive-ready materials.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong visual judgment and the ability to organize information clearly and consistently across presentations and other materials.
- Exceptional attention to detail, including when working with data, financial information, formatting, deadlines, and compliance-sensitive content.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, recurring deliverables, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to follow projects through to completion with accuracy, urgency, and accountability.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leaders, subject matter experts, corporate partners, external resources, and colleagues with different working styles.
- Strong strategic thinking with an ability to contribute ideas and professional judgment while also incorporating direction, feedback, brand standards, and established processes.
- Proactive, adaptable, service-oriented, and willing to assist with both high-visibility projects and day-to-day team needs.
- Demonstrated curiosity and initiative to learn a specialized business, its services, clients, terminology, and regulatory environment.
- Ability to work onsite and provide responsive, hands-on support to the Retirement Plan Services team.

Additional preferred qualifications:

- Experience supporting retirement plan advisory services, ERISA fiduciary services, investment consulting, recordkeeping, employee benefits, wealth management, asset management, or another regulated financial services business.
- Familiarity with employer-sponsored retirement plans, plan sponsor audiences, fiduciary committees, investment review materials, or compliance-sensitive client communications.
- Experience creating client meeting materials, quarterly or annual review packages, proposals, RFP responses, finalist presentations, or sales enablement materials.
- Experience coordinating recurring client deliverables, approval workflows, deadline tracking, and follow-up across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, project management, design, or content management platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Monday.com, Asana, or comparable platforms.
- Experience coordinating work with a centralized corporate marketing team, outside marketing agency, freelance designer, printer, or other external vendor.
- Experience working with financial data, investment-related content, or executive and board-level materials.
