About this role
We are currently looking for a Service Manager for our Commercial Tire Facility in Ft. Myers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment with a successful history of in-person sales along with working knowledge of tires and the tire industry.

Job responsibilities:
- Greeting and making a connection with customers visiting the location
- Answering phone inquiries
- Building rapport with customers promoting trust and brand loyalty
- Answering customer questions and offering options to buy based on the customer’s needs
- Preparing sales quotes
- Selling/Upselling tires and service to customers in-person, electronically and over the phone
- Follow up on, research and generate new leads please remove
- Drive company sales initiatives
- Manage service dept, Manage truck maintenance and upkeep
- Manage service techs/ hours worked
Preferred skills:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong listening skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in various MS Office Applications including, Word, Excel & Outlook
- Experience with Tire Guru is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial/ OTR tire experience preferred

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Some Saturdays required
