Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a talented Employee Health Nurse 3 to join our team in St. Augustine, FL . This is an on-site role with a standard day shift and may require occasional off-shift coverage based on business needs.

Job Duties:

- Provide nursing services to employees or individuals who become ill or suffer an accident onsite.
- Administer first aid; operate the dispensary; attend subsequent dressings of injuries; and maintain records of employees treated.
- Prepare accident reports and provide health education information.
- Dispense standard over-the-counter medications such as aspirin and cough/cold remedies in accordance with established protocols.
- Refer contagious diseases or serious injuries to the company or employee’s physician and, as needed, assist doctors in examining patients.
- Maintain accurate recordkeeping in compliance with OSHA requirements.
- Provide health promotion and disease-prevention strategies, counseling, and health education/training programs as applicable.
- Collaborate with industrial toxicology and/or industrial hygiene professionals to recognize environmental factors or workplace stresses that may cause sickness, impaired health, or discomfort among workers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Level 3):

- Associate’s degree in Nursing
- 4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Active Florida RN license (or compact license eligible to practice in FL)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet navigation
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work independently or with a team on special projects
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to function effectively at all levels of the organization and at various locations
- Ability to maintain confidential documents and information

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN)
- 2+ years of experience in occupational health or employee health
- Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC) certification
- Spirometry training (NIOSH-approved course preferred)
- Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN)

Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
