Digital Finance User Experience (UX) Manager

Description

The Digital Finance UX Manager is responsible for enhancing the user experience across finance systems, digital tools, and workflows. The role ensures finance technology solutions are intuitive, efficient, and drive high user adoption by partnering with Finance, Technology, and Product teams.

Job specification

·       Design and improve user journeys across finance processes including planning, reporting, accounting, and forecasting.

·       Conduct user research, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve usability.

·       Partner with Product Owners and Technology teams to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions.

·       Develop wireframes, process maps, and experience recommendations for finance platforms.

·       Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.

·       Monitor system adoption, user satisfaction, and experience metrics, driving continuous improvements.

·       Establish UX standards and best practices across digital finance products.

Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, UX Design, or a related discipline.

·       UX, Design Thinking, Agile, or Change Management certifications preferred.

- Understands the business and its challenges, and can translate business needs into HR solutions.
- 5+ years' experience in UX, Digital Transformation, Product Design, Business Analysis, or Finance Transformation.

·       Strong understanding of finance processes and enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, OneStream, etc.).

·       Experience with UX tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

·       Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

Salary ranges from USD $150,000 – USD $200,00. Compensation within this range is dependent on individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
