Description

The Digital Finance Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering digital finance solutions that enhance financial processes, reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency. Acting as the link between Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders, the role ensures finance products deliver measurable business value and support the organization's finance transformation agenda.

Job specification

·       Work Develop and maintain the roadmap for digital finance products and platforms.

·       Translate finance business requirements into product features, user stories, and delivery priorities.

·       Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

·       Partner with Finance, Technology, Data, and Operations teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.

·       Drive enhancements across ERP, planning, reporting, analytics, and automation platforms.

·       Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, testing, and release management.

·       Monitor product performance, user adoption, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.

·       Ensure solutions meet governance, risk, compliance, and financial control requirements.

Skills Required:

- 5+ years' experience in Product Management, Finance Transformation, Financial Systems, Business Analysis, or related disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

·       CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA, or Product Owner certifications are advantageous.

·       Agile/Scrum Product Owner certification preferred

·       Strong understanding of finance processes including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls.

·       Experience with ERP and finance platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, Anaplan, or OneStream.

·       Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management practices.

·       Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·       Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Salary ranges from USD $175,000 – USD $225,000. Compensation within this range is dependent on individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
