Nursing Learning Center Skills/Simulation RN - ICU (part-time, 17.5 hrs./week)

The Nursing Learning Center Skills/RN has the opportunity to develop the next generation of nursing professionals through hands on learning experiences such as simulation-based learning and targeted skills instruction in a supportive and dynamic educational environment.

What you’ll do in this position:

- Teach intensive care unit-specific nursing skills.
- Facilitate realistic ICU patient simulations for advanced practice.
- Ensure all necessary supplies are available to meet learning objectives and facilitate effective instruction.
- Adhere to structured lesson plans to ensure the delivery of consistent and thorough content.

What qualifies you for this role:

Required

- A firm commitment to the mission of BYU
- Baccalaureate in Nursing from Accredited Institution.
- At least 3 year of RN experience.
- Comfortable with basic computer skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to adapt in new situations
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- Current Utah RN License

Pay Grade: 52

Typical Starting Pay: $32.00 to $41.75 an hour
