As part of the Group Reward team, a Global Centre of Expertise, the Reward Manager will partner with Reward colleagues, Internal HR, and business leaders to design, review, develop, and implement reward strategies, policies, practices, and programmes that support business objectives and employee experience.

The role will contribute to the delivery of annual reward processes, including the review and design of salary ranges, pay level analysis, and the annual salary review and bonus process. The Reward Manager will provide reward support to HR Market and Group Function Directors to understand business needs and develop reward solutions that support business objectives and strategy. The role will collaborate closely with other Reward professionals to deliver high-quality reward solutions and stakeholder support.

This role reports directly to the Group Reward Director.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development, governance, and continuous improvement of reward frameworks, policies, and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, internal equity, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and process owner for designated reward programmes, policies, or initiatives, ensuring effective execution, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to provide strategic reward advice and recommendations that support organisational performance, talent attraction, retention, and employee engagement.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reward operations and decision-making through automation, artificial intelligence, and data-driven insights.
- Participate in or lead global reward initiatives, including pay transparency, pay equity, reward governance, job architecture, and manager capability programmes, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory requirements and market practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reward trends, legislation, and market practices, building internal and external networks to provide credible and trusted reward expertise.

Key Requirements

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- 6+ years of relevant reward experience.
- Strong knowledge of reward principles, including salary structures, market benchmarking, incentive programmes, pay transparency, and job evaluation methodologies.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making through reward expertise and data-driven insights.
- Experience leading or supporting reward-related change, communication, and implementation projects, including influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Multinational experience, interacting with stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience using reporting, visualisation, and analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Copilot, AI-enabled tools, or similar technologies).
- Demonstrated interest in exploring emerging technologies, automation, and AI applications within Reward and HR.
- Ability to communicate complex reward concepts and analytical insights clearly and effectively to HR, managers, and senior leaders.
- Ability to work independently in a structured manner.
- Strong collaboration skills, including working effectively with colleagues, sharing knowledge, and contributing to team initiatives.
- Proactive, practical, and solution-oriented approach.
