The Analyst - Technology Excellence role focuses on supporting Technology Operations through effective documentation management, data handling, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain high-quality documentation, generate operational insights, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. This position plays a key role in enabling informed decision-making and operational excellence through accurate reporting, knowledge management, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, maintain, review, and manage technical and operational documentation.
- Ensure document integrity, version control, accessibility, and compliance with governance standards.
- Manage document repositories, filing systems, and records retention processes.
- Support audit activities by maintaining accurate and compliant documentation.
- Collect, cleanse, validate, and analyse operational data from multiple sources.
- Develop reports, dashboards, KPI metrics, trend analysis, and management information using Excel and Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting and documentation requirements.
- Support knowledge management initiatives and promote documentation best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and reporting.
- Provide guidance and training on documentation processes and repository usage.

Key Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in Technology Operations, Documentation Management, Reporting, Data Analysis, Service Management, or related areas.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and data handling.
- Understanding of documentation lifecycle management, version control, and document governance.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and documentation quality.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts, infrastructure, and service management practices.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Continuous Improvement (CI), and Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
