Senior Payroll Analyst needed to work 5 days onsite in Tampa FL! Must be a SME in UKG Pro! This role will have no direct reports! - Process bi-weekly payroll transactions, including compensation changes, deductions, adjustments, and other payroll-related activities. - Review, audit, and process employee timekeeping records within UKG Pro to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, timecard issues, and employee payroll inquiries. - Coordinate payroll activities related to new hires, transfers, status changes, and terminations. - Prepare payroll reconciliations and balancing reports. - Process off-cycle payrolls and manual payroll checks as needed. - Assist managers and department timekeepers with payroll and timekeeping questions. - Maintain payroll records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. - Support payroll audits and compliance with federal, state, and wage-and-hour regulations. - Assist with payroll tax documentation and reporting activities. - . Qualifications: - 3+ years of payroll processing experience. - Hands-on experience with UKG Pro payroll and timekeeping. - Experience auditing and correcting employee time records. - Strong payroll reconciliation and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage-and-hour compliance, and payroll best practices. - Proficiency in Excel and payroll reporting. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. Work Environment This role is based on-site at a business office in Temple Terrace. The position operates in a professional office environment with regular interaction with payroll team members, managers, and employees. Work is primarily performed using payroll and HR technologies such as Workday and UKG Pro, along with standard office software and equipment. The environment supports collaboration, relationship-building, and networking across departments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
