The Marketing team is looking for a highly analytical associate to join them as a Marketing Data Operations Engineer. As a Marketing Data Operations Engineer, you will analyze datasets to develop marketing optimization, design and build high performance platforms and applications, and develop pipelines and tools to target specific business objectives. You will also support the needs of the Marketing Science team, work with cross departmental teams to streamline processes, and perform data studies and data discovery of new and existing data sources.

This person will analyzes large, complex datasets in Cloud Computing frameworks to further develop marketing optimization. Design and build high performance, low latency platforms and applications across Business Services, Data, Platform, and Infrastructure Engineering with the Data framework in an Agile Environment. Develop algorithms and tools to target specific business objectives and create other business opportunities.

Experience

- Must have BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience programming in R, Python, Scala, or equivalent language for the purposes of developing tools and software solutions to connect data systems and transform data
- 5+ years of professional experience utilizing SQL to work in enterprise database solutions like Snowflake, Databricks or equivalent
- 3+ years of professional experience building data pipelines (ETL and ELT) with batch or streaming, loading, and transforming data that is reliable, available, and scalable from a variety of sources (files, databases, APIs)
- 3+ years of professional experience in Cloud DevOps concepts, Cloud Services and Architecture, and DevOps Operational Framework in Azure, AWS or GCP
- 2+ years of professional experience navigating, utilizing, and implementing REST APIs
- 2+ years of professional experience generating, maintaining, and distributing code and documentation in Git, SharePoint, Confluence or equivalent

Hybrid schedule of 3 days a week in office with Tuesday and Thursday being anchor days.

Annual Salary
$105,000.00 - $215,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
