## Job Summary



To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara South , Campus.

Reporting to the Materials Director, this role will be responsible for maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers and maintain outsources parts schedules.

What a typical day looks like:

- Opening of WOs according to revisions and ECOS implemented.
- Generate Shortage Report.
- Specialized Job may be required for certain positions. These could include one or more of the following duties: May hold up inventory control, supply chain management, material planning and scheduling.
- Perform general reporting and activities for score carding of suppliers.
- Validate site pricing through implementation of a common cost review and pricing process.
- Assist in the supply chain transfer and risk management for NPI.
- Provide PPV targeting, tracking and asset velocity.
- Design, manage and control all data research tools
- Review shortage report with buyers and present a summary to the client.
- Demand analysis and upload.
- Analyze and apply Engineering Changes.
- Attend and participate in CFT meetings.
- Generate Excess and Obsolete Report and follow up.
- Update Production Plan – Capacity projection.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- MPS experience or similar position.
- Stron experience in Materials Planning.
- English advance (spoken and written).
- Knowlodge in Kinaxis Fast Reponse.
- CTB and procurement knowledge.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Customer service experience.
- A background in electronics manufacturing is desired.
