Position Responsibilities:

Lead business modeling, financial analysis and ad hoc examination of business metrics and trends. Map execution plans including ownership, resourcing requirements, key milestones and timelines. Create, validate and update cost estimates for product development milestone gates, planning cycles, and bi-weekly updates. Oversee the forecast and month end close process for product lines commentary for each cost area during all close and planning cycles. Serve as central team member coordinating reporting by facilitating input collection and validation from horizontal teams. Understand key assumptions and drivers of change to effectively communicate all cost lines within. Develop new performance metrics to strategically manage the business. Facilitate financial review meetings with senior leaders and work with business managers to drive effective execution. Support system launches for improved automation. Implement the controllership and governance structure and early warning systems needed to manage execution risk. Build and maintain in depth knowledge across key business areas by staying current on initiatives, challenges/opportunities across the business.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $178,642/year to $207,000/year.

Basic Qualifications

Position Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or as a Financial Analyst or other related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field and seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or other related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and three years of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) managing finance teams; (2) conducting financial analysis and modeling including cost management and financial planning in product development environments; and (3) using technology and tools to deliver complex data analytics and reporting, including the use of TM1, SQL, Access, and utilizing advanced excel modeling features to model sales outcomes for multiple sales modalities.#0000

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
